 | David M. Williams, Ph.D. Principal
Dr. Williams works with clients as an organizational strategist and improvement advisor. A former urban street paramedic, he advises some the toughest organizational systems. For more than a decade, he has acted as an internal and external improvement advisor to governmental agencies, hospitals, and for-profit and notfor- profit organizations. He works with clients to improve their organizations by enabling appreciation of systems, understanding data and variation, testing changes and recognizing the influence of psychology.
Dr. Williams is on the faculty of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and is an IHI improvement advisor. He is also on the teaching faculty of The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in emergency health services management and his Ph.D. in organizational systems from Saybrook University. |

She served as chief of education for NASA’s Ames Research Center, deputy superintendent for Idaho’s Department of Education, and chief academic officer for the State of Idaho’s Board of Education. | Evan Kleiman Associate Based in Portland, Oregon, Evan brings an abundance of knowledge in marketing, and his ability to build strategic opportunities and partnerships makes him a strong addition to the positive eye team. He received his bachelor's degree in international studies with a minor in business administration from the University of Oregon. He was first introduced to positive eye when he worked as a junior associate for the company during the summer of 2008.
Before joining positive eye full time, Evan worked as a relationship builder and marketing strategist at Structure Home in Los Angeles, California, as well as a freelance intern for New York-based Technology, Entertainment, and Design -- a nonprofit better known as TED.
