	David M. Williams, Ph.D. Principal Dr. Williams works with clients as an organizational strategist and improvement advisor. A former urban street paramedic, he advises some the toughest organizational systems. For more than a decade, he has acted as an internal and external improvement advisor to governmental agencies, hospitals, and for-profit and notfor- profit organizations. He works with clients to improve their organizations by enabling appreciation of systems, understanding data and variation, testing changes and recognizing the influence of psychology. Dr. Williams is on the faculty of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and is an IHI improvement advisor. He is also on the teaching faculty of The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in emergency health services management and his Ph.D. in organizational systems from Saybrook University.

	Christine M. Ivie, Ed.D. Associate Dr. Ivie brings a wealth of experience in education and education administration. She served as chief of education for NASA’s Ames Research Center, deputy superintendent for Idaho’s Department of Education, and chief academic officer for the State of Idaho’s Board of Education. She has served as a teacher, counselor, principal and special education director throughout Idaho. Dr. Ivie earned a doctor of education (Ed.D.) in education foundations and leadership from George Fox University, a master’s degree in school counseling from Northwest Nazarene University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from College of St. Catherine. She holds certification in school administration and special education.

	Don Murray, Ph.D. Associate Dr. Murray has spent more than three decades helping some of America’s leading companies gain a competitive advantage through designed leadership experiences. He has provided management consulting to firms including AT&T, FedEx, Weyerhaeuser, Travelers, Nike and GE. His expertise in team building and group dynamics has brought success for groups ranging from Fortune 100 companies to Olympic sports teams. In Just Do It by author Don Katz, Nike CEO Phil Knight names Dr. Murray as one of the three most trusted advisors he turns to before making major decisions. Dr. Murray earned his doctorate in educational psychology from the University of Oregon.

	Roberta Rosenblatt Jackson, SPHR, GPHR Subject Expert Roberta is a strategic human resources expert with leadership and consulting experience in family business systems, health care, transportation and higher education. She aligns HR strategy, solutions, services, and programs with each client’s business strategy and has expertise in organizational development and training, HR process improvement, labor and employment compliance, employee relations and talent management. Roberta is the director of human resources at Touro College and is a successful independent human resource solutions consultant. 	Azim Khamisa Subject Expert Azim is an inspiration. 	Dennis Eberhardt Associate Dennis Eberhardt is the Chief Executive of ImageStream, an Oregon-based multimedia production company. Focused on delivering dynamically driven web-based communications and training solutions, ImageStream has positioned themselves as the go-to partner for companies needing to fulfill their simplest to most complex multimedia needs. 	Jessica Gerloff Vice President of Business Management Jessi brings a diverse background to positive eye. She has frontline and leadership experience working in health care and social work. She has provided case management services and acted as the staff lead in challenging client environments, including residential treatment facilities for at-risk youth and assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Complicated projects require detailed management and organized follow through. Jessi works closely with clients to coordinate project planning, manage the achievement of critical milestones, and facilitate effective communication to ensure project success. She is passionate about empowering others to make positive, successful change. Having grown up in a military family, she has mastered the skills of adaptability and perseverance. Jessi earned a bachelor’s in psychology from Southern Utah University.

	Tony Rappa Senior Project Manager and Technology Integration Specialist For more than 15 years Tony has worked with organizations like Walt Disney World, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Comptroller of the Currency, Deutsche Bank and Borders Books. He brings a rich background in project management and escalations/crisis mitigation. He provides robust solutions in a simplified format to the benefit of the companies he works with.
	Evan Kleiman Associate Based in Portland, Oregon, Evan brings an abundance of knowledge in marketing, and his ability to build strategic opportunities and partnerships makes him a strong addition to the positive eye team. He received his bachelor's degree in international studies with a minor in business administration from the University of Oregon. He was first introduced to positive eye when he worked as a junior associate for the company during the summer of 2008. Before joining positive eye full time, Evan worked as a relationship builder and marketing strategist at Structure Home in Los Angeles, California, as well as a freelance intern for New York-based Technology, Entertainment, and Design -- a nonprofit better known as TED. Evan is passionate about world travel, exploring opportunities for powerful synergy, and is dedicated to further his understanding of organizational systems, appreciative inquiry and strengths-based leadership.
